Washington Mutual, the country's largest thrift bank for consumer and business banking, retail services across the country. Their supplier diversity department found itself with a last minute need for a trade show booth. TsuluWerks stepped up to the plate, assessing current departmental literature, to select a system that would work for their busy procurement team. Attending on average 18 trade shows a year, the team needed a booth that would be easy to ship, quick to assemble, and last through years of heavy usage.
TsuluWerks selected a product that uses flexible fabric panels, folding into a single rolling case which doubles as a table. The display features literature shelves and lights with interlocking snaps that require no tools for assembly and disassembly. Whether one or six team members attend the trade show, the entire display can be erected and torn down without purchasing additional assistance from trade show organizers. The single-unit piece also qualifies for carry-on luggage at airports.
The most valuable part of our services, however, was our brand management. As an organization that is highly committed to maintaining brand standards, we worked closely with the manufacturers to ensure that photographs and company colors were accurately reproduced. Even with an additional round of proofs, TsuluWerks delivered the booth in time for a quality inspection before a critical trade show.
