Premise
To bring a consistent look to collateral, advertising, and environmental graphics for an upscale retirement community

Process
The high level of care and satisfaction of The Kenney’s residents needed to be portrayed in all marketing materials. TsuluWerks emphasized the happy residents instead of the typical clinical, sterile environment of facilities with high levels of assistance. When possible, the design also made use of the landmark cuppola found at the top of the facility. The design premise promised “You will feel right at home here because we care.”

Product
The design employed bold use of imagery and color, capitalizing on the vitality and life in the residents. The key design elements translated into a variety of ads, mobile graphics, and marketing materials.
