Process
TsuluWerks enhanced the triparteid concept of people, action, and information to create iconography that forms the basis of the learning styles. Emphasis on the differences between the three, yet their similarities in how they work together to create a whole learning process, offered identity tools that could then be used for new products and in product presentations.
Product
The above pieces, the Personal Learning Model and Activity Pack cards, were the start of a series of learning tools that facilitators could use to train managers in talent retention and leadership development. The identity components could quickly be applied to new tools and presentations.
