A Fortune 500 telecommunications cmpany found that its 1,800 salespeople were spending more time creating presentations than meeting with potential clients. Upon review of their messaging, the marketing team realized they needed help overhauling sales tools.
The Strategy
TsuluWerks worked closely with the marketing team to refine the standard messages and sales tools. With more than 200 products and services in six different divisions, TsuluWerks reorganized the information so that the information in the templates were based on key customer concerns and solutions types.
The Results
