Our Leadership

Tracy A. Corley, Chief Creative Strategist & President

Tracy CorleyTracy's talent lies in her ability to do what has not been done before and produce phenomenal results. Her commitment to Vision Beyond Looks™ links marketing efforts to sales functions to exceed expectations and deliver measurable outcomes.

Her attention to the customer experience with each communication produced ah-ha moments for clients like Washington Mutual, Xerox Corporation, and FedEx Kinko's. Her branding experience has captured the soul of organizations like The Learning Café and General Microsystems, equipping them with the visual and verbal tools to make every communication with customers, suppliers, and employees effective and meaningful. Innovative thinking has saved thousands of dollars for organizations such as Volt Information Sciences.

Of course, with her degree in architectural design, Tracy produces visually stunning design solutions, creating brand marks, promotional products, and visual materials for organizations like the YWCA and the Port of Seattle's Office of Port Jobs. Need a memorable client event? Count on Tracy to develop something both fun and unique; she has managed seminar series, conferences, and private cruises on Puget Sound.

When it comes to balancing right-brain creativity with left-brain analytics, Tracy has been delivering unique results throughout her career. She has managed the marketing activities for a $25 million architectural firm. She initiated an Intranet and paperless workflow development project while at Callison Architecture, all while supporting a 12-member marketing team with graphic design, collateral design, advertising, and proposal development. She led the art department at Tachyon Technology Corporation, managing all client projects and developing fresh and innovative graphics. In 1998, she wrote, illustrated and produced one of the first database-driven interactive e-books, a how-to guide for designers. Her solutions to marketing challenges have led to record-breaking sales results for real estate developments and resorts while serving as an art director at Leslie Advertising.

To top it off, Tracy is an accomplished public speaker, regularly teaching courses in technology, marketing, business development, and design through workshops for companies, conferences and colleges. She designed her signature training course, Shameless Self Promotion, in 1999 and draws hundreds of business owners and employee groups each year, including the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, and at Fortune 1000 corporations.

Tracy volunteers regularly as a board member, marketing coordinator, promotional designer, and curator for community groups and arts festivals such as Coca-Cola RiverPlace Arts Festival and Bumbershoot. She currently serves on the Creative Council for the Seattle Chamber's Young Professionals Network and on the Publicity and Marketing Committee for the Northwest Minority Business Council.

Tracy earned her B.A in Architectural Design from Clemson University in Clemson, SC. She also has a minor in German. Her accolades include nominations for the Puget Sound Business Journal's Top Forty under Forty Award, City of Seattle Mayor's Small Business Award, Leadership Tomorrow, and the University of Washington's Business of Tomorrow Award.

When not making her clients look good, Tracy can be found with her nose in a good book, trying out a new sport, enjoying nature somewhere close to the ocean, or attempting to learn yet another new language.
