Our Leadership
Tracy A. Corley, Chief Strategist & President

Tracy's talent lies in her ability to do what has not been done before and produce phenomenal results. Her commitment to Vision Driven ResultsTM comes across in her roles as change agent, serial entrepreneur, speaker, writer and business leader. As the Chief Strategist, President, and Founder of TsuluWerks, Inc. (the parent company of Tracy A. Corley & Associates, TsuluWerks Communications, and Shameless You!), Tracy makes it possible for individuals and organizations to connect to opportunities for change and growth.
As an alignment consultant, Tracy has helped numerous organizations increase cash flow, enhance competitiveness, build confidence, and improve efficiencies. Her no-nonsense approach and attention to customer experience produces ah-ha moments for clients like Comcast, Xerox Corporation, and FedEx Kinko's. She leverages her degree in architectural design to balance left-brained analytics with right-brained creativity, delivering creative and analytical business solutions for organizations like the YWCA and the Port of Seattle's Office of Port Jobs.
To top it off, Tracy is an accomplished public speaker and program developer, regularly leading interactive discussions in business alignment, strategy, marketing, and sales through keynotes, seminars, and workshops for companies, conferences, and colleges. In 1999, she designed her signature personal development program, Shameless Self Promotion, and draws hundreds of individuals, business owners and employee groups each year. Since then, she has developed other topics, including The Strategy String and Profit Wrangler, which serve as foundations for her consulting methodology, bringing alignment between strategy and execution to organizations. She has provided strategic, actionable customer appreciation, educational, and motivational events for organizations such as the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, financial services institutions, and Fortune 1000 corporations. She makes the content of her business and personal alignment topics available through various publications and recordings.
Tracy has been delivering unique results throughout her career. In addition to serving as an architectural designer, she has managed the marketing activities for a $25 million architectural firm. She initiated an Intranet and paperless workflow development project while at Callison Architecture, all while supporting a 12-member marketing team with graphic design, collateral design, advertising, and proposal development. She led the art department at Tachyon Technology Corporation, managing all client projects and developing fresh and innovative graphics. In 1998, she wrote, illustrated and produced one of the first database-driven interactive e-books, a how-to guide for design professionals. Her solutions to business challenges have led to record-breaking sales results for real estate developments and resorts while serving as an art director at Leslie Advertising.
Tracy is committed to economic development and supporting our communities. She volunteers regularly as a board member, strategist, and advisor for community organizations. She also presents to youth organizations and charitable organizations, helping individuals recognize and leverage their strengths to reach their potential. She currently serves on the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees, the Creative Council for the Young Professionals Network, the Urban Enterprise Center Advisory Board, the Bellevue Entrepreneur Center Steering Committee, the Seattle Chamber Executive Committee, and is the Chair of the Council for Small Business. She also serves as an advisor to the small business local engagement team at Microsoft. She has even planned and curated arts festivals such as Coca-Cola RiverPlace Arts Festival and Bumbershoot.
Tracy earned her B.A in Architectural Design from Clemson University in Clemson, SC. She is also fluent in German. Her accolades include 2007 recipient of the Jeri McDonald Community Service Award and nominations for the Puget Sound Business Journal's Top Forty under Forty Award, City of Seattle Mayor's Small Business Award, Leadership Tomorrow, and the University of Washington's Business of Tomorrow Award.
When not making her clients look good, Tracy can be found with her nose in a good book, trying out a new sport, enjoying nature somewhere close to the ocean, or attempting to learn yet another new language.
